Law graduate with a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies from UNED. I began my professional career as a programmer at Banco de Santander, later serving as Customer Management Lead at AccesNet (an Internet company), Head of Training and Employment at Fundación ONCE, and Advisor to the State Secretariat for Social Policy at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. I then held the position of Director General for the Coordination of Disability Policies in both the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the Ministry of Health, followed by my role as Director General at the National Centre for Accessibility Technologies (CENTAC).
Currently, I am the CEO of AISTE (https://www.aiste.es/) and President of the CINTAC association (https://www.cintac.es/es/).
For over 15 years, I have been actively involved as a speaker and participant in conferences, seminars, and events, mainly focused on the intersection of technology and social issues. I have also worked as an organizer or advisor for related events and contributed as a writer and collaborator in various technology, social, and public administration sector journals.
