He has a long career in ICTs (over 20 years), having held positions of responsibility in companies such as AIRTEL/VODAFONE, Canal METRO in Madrid and Barcelona, ABALIA CONSULTING, Telemadrid, and DLTCode (where he currently serves as CEO).
He combines study and teaching: Professor of “Digital Evidence” at UDIMA, professor at Universidad Jaime I in the “Master in Economic Intelligence,” Director of the CDI program at Universidad Nebrija, and professor of the Master’s in Digital Evidence and the Fight Against Cybercrime at UAM. He also provides training for law enforcement agencies. He is the author of books and comics related to ICT issues and minors.
A proactive entrepreneur in promoting Cybersecurity culture and ICT education.
Actively engaged: he gives talks, workshops, and training sessions for teachers, minors, and groups affected by the digital divide, offering solutions for Cyberbullying, digital gender violence, and other incidents on social networks and telecommunications.
He holds several certifications in Cybersecurity, a Master’s in Forensic and Expert Computing, and a Master’s in Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking. He is a regular speaker at cybersecurity events such as C1b3rWall and C1b3rWall Academy, c0r0n4Con, TodosaprobadosCon, Tapasethacks, HBSCON, Tecnosec, Open Expo, C1b3rWoman…
During the pandemic, he brought Cybersecurity into homes by explaining it through Disney movies, participating in international family-focused events.
He works as a forensic technology expert. His passion for Cybersecurity has led him to get involved in several associations such as the Professional Association of New Technologies Experts (PETEC – www.periciatecnologica.org), where he serves as President; CINTAC (Innovation Center for Accessible Technologies – cintac.es), where he collaborates as President of the Cybersecurity and Accessibility Commission; SOS EN RED; and Women4Cyber, where he serves as a mentor.

Additionally, his concern for the issues minors face due to the misuse of ICTs led him to become a Cybercooperator with INCIBE, carrying out important awareness and outreach work on Cybersecurity and Responsible Use of ICTs in schools, foundations, health centers, etc., giving nearly 200 talks throughout the year.
On a personal level, he is involved in various charitable initiatives. In 2023, all his presentations were in support of the Spanish National Police Orphans Foundation, even completing the Camino de Santiago in just 52 hours to raise awareness for the foundation. He has also collaborated with the Civil Guard Orphans Foundation and donated the proceeds from his participation in the book “Cybersecurity in Times of AI” (La Ley publishing house) to the Spanish National Police Retirees Association (AJPNE).
In 2023, he received the Startup Olé award for Best Professional Association on behalf of PETEC, and his company DLTCODE was awarded the 2023 Titan of Finance Prize by the Ecofín Forum.
